About The Role We run almost zero virtual events today. We're hiring a Virtual Events Lead to build the program from scratch and turn it into one of our largest sources of pipeline.

You'll own the strategy, the creative, and the audience around planning and executing webinars, summits, and roundtables that generate leads, deepen client relationships, and establish WithCoverage as a leading voice in modern risk management.

You'll work across Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Ops, and directly with executives inside and outside our client base, to make sure everything from promotion through production holds up. This role is ideal for a builder who wants full ownership of a program and the pipeline it produces.

What You'll Do

  • Build the program from zero. Own virtual events end to end including strategy, calendar, production, promotion, and reporting.
  • Launch flagship franchises. Create recurring virtual franchises like AI-in-Industry webinars.
  • Generate pipeline. Own registration, attendance, and qualified lead targets, and be measured on sourced and influenced revenue.
  • Fill the room. Build the promotion engine across email, LinkedIn, partner co-marketing, and sales outreach, and drive the reminder and incentive cadences that convert registrants into attendees.
  • Recruit speakers. Source and prep executives from our client base, their networks, and the broader market.
  • Work cross-functionally. Partner with Sales and Revenue Ops on targeting, lead handoff, follow-up, and clean attribution in HubSpot.
  • Own Metrics. Monitor event performance metrics to influence future programming.
  • Support post-event initiatives. Content repurposing, lead follow-up, reporting, and sales enablement.

Who You Are

  • 4+ years in B2B events, integrated marketing, demand generation, or field marketing, with full ownership of a program.
  • Fluent in the B2B funnel; you optimize for pipeline, not
